A short note to record my appreciation and to acknowledge the professional manner my problem was dealt with by Solv staff. -Found my two gas boilers at home not working on the morning of Friday 21st December -I contacted your office and the lady was empathetic and explained the schedule was very full but could I hold for a moment -I spoke with Johnny and explained the basic fault finding I had done, he said he may be able to get someone to look at them in the afternoon -Johnny called back approximately an hour later and was able to get an engineer to call in around one hour -The engineer diagnosed the fault and called me with the recommendation and duly repaired the boilers -My Mother in law (who let the engineer in)commented at how helpful and pleasant the attending engineer was Please pass on my appreciation to all involved and I will gladly recommend Solv.
