TERMS AND CONDITIONS for competition via Instagram for a Hotel Chocolat Classic Christmas Collection Box (12/12/24-17/12/24)

  • The promoter is: solv, trading as solv Maintenance Ltd (company no. NI070969) whose registered office is at Unit 12, Tamar Commercial Centre, 25 Tamar Street, Belfast, BT4 1HR.

  • The competition is open to residents of Northern Ireland aged 18 years or over, except employees of solv and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition.

  • There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.

  • By entering this competition, an entrant indicates that they agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

  • Only one entry per person will be counted.

  • Closing date for entry is 17/12/24. After this date, no further entries will be permitted.
    The winner will be selected at random on 18/12/24. There will be one winner.

  • No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.

  • To enter, entrants must:
    Follow @solvltd on Instagram, like the competition post, and share the post to their Instagram Stories.

  • The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of circumstances outside its control. Any changes will be communicated as soon as possible.

  • The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.

  • The prize is as follows:
    1 x Hotel Chocolat Classic Christmas Collection Box.
    The prize is as stated and no cash or alternatives will be offered. The prize is not transferable or refundable. Prizes are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to substitute the prize with another of equivalent value without notice.

  • A winner will be selected at random on 18/12/24.

  • The winner will be tagged in a comment on the original Instagram competition post. If the winner does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize and pick a replacement winner.

  • The promoter will notify the winner regarding prize delivery.

  • The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

  • By entering this competition, an entrant indicates their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

  • The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by British law, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts.

  • The winner agrees to the use of their name and image in promotional material related to the competition. Any personal data relating to entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without consent.

  • Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
