When it comes to mechanical and electrical contracts we have a bespoke job management computerised system that tracks all calls from our dedicated call centre, giving our clients a unique job reference number that can be traced from the start to the finish of the job. Our engineers use PDA devices for recording all their site times etc as well as reports which feed live time information back into our systems, this flow of information is crucial in the technical world we all live in today. The unique job reference number can be checked in History for up to 10 years should the need arise.
