This email includes the property location and job number, which serves as a form of two-layer authentication. This means that when an engineer arrives at your property, you can verify that they are indeed from Solv by asking them to quote the unique job number that you received in your correspondence.

In addition to this, all of our engineers are vetted by Access NI, which is a criminal record check. This means that we have taken steps to ensure that our engineers have no criminal history that could put your property or your safety at risk. All of our gas engineers are also Gas Safe Registered which customers can verify by visiting the gas safe register.
