Solv Group working in conjunction with the UK's leading vehicle charging unit manufacturer Pod Point.

All POD Point products are available as a turn-key product & installation package, where Solv Group manage the whole process.

The whole process from order to fully installed charge point can be fully managed by our experienced charge point installation team. Following the site survey, you can choose to use our fully managed installation service

What’s included?

Preparation of a single, all-inclusive estimate covering both hardware and installation

Upon confirmation of the order, we will arrange a convenient date for installation

All hardware will be brought to site by the installation team so no coordination of hardware deliveries is needed

Once installed, the installation engineer will run through how to use your charge points, and leave you with a pack of information

If you have ordered units with GPRS communications, the installation team will guide you through registering them on the network

If you have signed up to our maintenance and support contract, details of who to contact will be provided to your fleet manager. In addition, unless otherwise directed the support numbers will be provided on the charge points so that all users can immediately identify who to contact if there are any issues, for minimal downtime.

We can give you an approximate quote over the phone, but for a more accurate quote we may carry out a site survey, or alternatively ask you for some site photographs if they are available.

Maintenance & support contract

Following installation of your charge points, we offer a maintenance and support contract which gives peace of mind and a fixed price. The maintenance programme is designed to ensure your charge points have a long and issue free life.

Maintenance contracts are charged as an annual fee, and will vary according to the number of charge points, your location and they type of charge point.
