Solv Group operate within a strict Health and Safety code to ensure the safety of clients, staff and sub-contractors. Our policy is updated in line with legalisation and independent auditors ensure our compliance at all times.
Training
The quality of our staff is the foundation of our business and we operate a skills matrix as part of staff development. Each member of staff is interviewed annually and training and skills improvement programmes are developed for them irrespective of their position within the Solv Group.
Environmental
We are fully committed to our environmental policy for the benefit of our clients, staff, the local community and the well being of the planet. Solv have developed and operate an environmental policy and are currently working to achieve accreditation ISO 14001.

The directors of Solv Group are totally committed to look after all our ‘stakeholders’ inside and outside our business, including staff, clients, investors and our local community under our good causes pay and donate scheme.
Security Clearance
All staff at Solv Group are vetted through access NI which is part of central government and operates under the provisions of Part V of the Police Act 1997, this enables us to make more informed recruitment decisions by providing criminal history information about anyone seeking paid or unpaid work in certain defined areas, such as working with children or vulnerable adults.
