Ulster Cancer Foundation

Ulster Cancer Foundation

The Ulster Cancer Foundation (UCF) is a local charity committed to tackling cancer by supporting cancer research, providing services for cancer patients and their families and by educating people on how they can reduce their risk of the disease.

UCF is Northern Ireland’s leading local cancer charity dedicated to helping patients and their families cope with cancer. In Northern Ireland one in three people will develop cancer during their lifetime and around 10,700 people are newly diagnosed every year.

UCF’s work is only possible due to the generosity of local people who raise almost all the £4m needed annually to provide UCF’s care and support services, free of charge, to cancer patients, carers and their family in Northern Ireland. All the money raised on UCF’s behalf is spent in Northern Ireland, helping to support local people with cancer.

UCF services are available in community settings across Northern Ireland.  The main service centre for enquiries is located at 40-44 Eglantine Avenue Belfast.
